It's kind of hard to explain but my Beta's eyes are kind of bulbed out...you know kind of enlarged and his behavior has changed too....does anyone know the sickness that this is called...or maybe give me some different types that I could look up?

This is called popeye, and if not treated progresses into dropsy
the way to treat it, IMO is with maracyn TC
do a 50% waterchange and start medicating your fishtank for at least 10 days, not just the recommended 5 days
your water will turn kinda like a reddish color and you will also see foam building up on the watersurface as well
Also, it will look like it gets worse before it gets better when you start the treatment
once the treatment is done, do another 50% waterchange, another 25% after 3 days and then keep up with weekly maintenance of 25% with a gravel siphon
always replace with conditioned water again

hope that helps
good luck

I belive its called popeye. Some symtoms are reduced appititte and a decrease in activity. It could be caused by dirty water or by a terminal diease such as tuburculosis. try cleaning the fish tank and adding Ampicillin to the water A full capsule usually treats 10 gal of water. So for a 1/2 gallon of water, open the capsule and take the right proportion of powder and sprinkle on jar water. You may steer gently with a disposable plastic spoon. This is a white powder and will not affect the color of the water. Do not overmedicate! Once Betta’s eyes are back to normal, keep treating for one more weekand then stop the medication.
