logical explanation:
they were meant to beat the 14-0 Pats
so they had to suck

Personally I would have to say the Dolphins are 1-13 because of an owner who owns two sports teams and doesn't seem to give a damn about the actual team, therefore giving the GM limited options and money to get players the team needs as well as helping prevent injury to players who are injury prone. Hopefully Bill Parcels will change that. And this coming from a Patriots fan.

Well you see, if you lose game, the last numbers in the xx-yy rating will increment. If you win, the xx will increment. So for example, its the first game of the season, the Dolphins lost so their rating is 0-1. Then they lost again and again and again, until it becomes 0-13. They won last week, so it becomes 1-13. Simple enough?

well they have had 6 games that have been decided by less than 7 points, so they haven't been getting blown out always, but there offense has ZERO play makers with ronnie brown out so nobody can step up when they need a big play, there defense is pretty bad except for jason taylor and zach thomas is getting old,.. they are just a bad franchise right now not going anywhere soon

The Dolphins are 1-13 because they won one game and lost thirteen games. If they had lost all of their games they would be 0-14.

Actions speak louder than words, my man. Have your son watch Miami tomorrow against New England. THEN he will see why the Dolphins are 1-13.

They're great RB is out for the season. They're QB isn't really starting caliber for the NFL. Their defense is obviously poor, and they're coaching staff is new, working with poor talent, and not too strong to begin with.

Oh yeah, and they traded away Chamber at WR. You need offense to win too...remember Dolphins.

They lost good players in free agency, Trent Green went down, Surtain left for Kansas City, Chambers left for San Diego etc.

Here you go, the fish are 1-13 because the Ravens were having a bad day.

Because they suck. The only talent on the team is old. And they should be 0-14 but got lucky.

Ronnie Brown is hurt, they have no Quarterback, other than Jason Taylor they have no Defense. If you can't run the ball you won't win, if you don't have a leader on offense you won't win, and if your D is horrible beyond reason you won't win.
