For starters, take that "kick me" sign off your back and then show more confidence in your decisions and get the attitude that you don't care what others think. Your thoughts are the only important things.

Usually that happens when people look open to be abused or socially weak/needy. You must impose limits without fearing social exclusion. Others don't let friends take advantage of them. Pay attention on why that doesn't happen with others. You will probably notice that they impose limits and don't allow themselves to be the victim. There is also the give and take condition. Once you have given you must feel entitled to some level of receiving!
PS: remember that you may be taking something as well...the "men" you are talking about must offer something that you want as well... are you picking the side you want without considering the side you don't?

If this is something that happens all the time then it is you allowing people to walk all over you. Stop letting them take advantage and learn to say NO. It really is as easy as that.

It appears that you are looking for someone who can make YOU feel good, & end up getting used by that person. You need to make yourself dependent on no one but yourself, for everything, including happiness. When you achieve that, then people will stop using you. If necessary, you may need to get counseling.

There are women who seem like "easy picking" for men. They exude a kind of childlike vulnerability that sends a clear message that he can deceive her, use her, and she'll be too stupid to realize his game.
My practical advice is to be slower to trust, and only give as much as you receive. Anyone who REALLY likes you will stick around. Those who are just looking for a quickie, will move on.

Because you let them.
We are all responsible for teaching others how to treat us. If you hang out with people who don't care about you enough to treat you with respect then you will end up, as you seem to be already, with no respect for yourself and no self-esteem.
Have some self-respect, if someone treats you bad then don't have anything to do with them. Fill your life with people who help you to feel good about yourself and who feel secure enough in themselves to not abuse others in order to feed their own week ego. You deserve better treatment than you are getting now. Demand it!
