No. Sony supports Blu-ray, while MS supports HD-DVD. Since the 360 is made by MS, it will not have Blu-ray capabilities. For that matter, none of the 360 has HD-DVD capabilities unless you get the HD-DVD add-on.
Be glad that the 360 doesn't have HD-DVD built in because you would be paying a few hundred dollars more for a format that's doomed. HD-DVD movies are being outsold by Blu-ray on a month by month basis for most of the year. Blu-ray has more exclusive studios than HD-DVD. The only reason Blu-ray lost 2 movie studios is Toshiba paying them at least 100 million bucks to make movies for HD-DVD for a limited time. After that, the studios are free to continue to make movies for Blu-ray. Some of the top movie directions have said that Blu-ray is much better than HD-DVD.

As of right now, only PS 3 games have blu-ray capability. Since Halo is an XBOX exclusive, I doubt very seriously if it has any blu-ray capabilities since Xbox is geared toward hd-dvd.

no it does not, it is the same thing as the premium white xbox 360 console but with different plastics. So, no it does not have blue ray capability.

Blu-ray is a technology only Sony has. It's proprietary.
And to be honest, it's just blowing smoke.
