I don't like banana's at all. But, if I had to choose, definitely yellow and ripe. I'm not a raccoon, I don't eat things that should be in the garbage.

I don't like them too ripe(it's difficult to unpeel them for one). So I would say a little brown. The problem with banana's is they rott to soon. After a few days they really start to look like crap and I would want to stomach eating them. But a little older and there alright and even taste a bit sweeter.
