I am currently living in Corcord Ca. My husband and I are looking to buy a house close to San Fran. ( he works in the city) We are curently renting. What are yout thoughts on San Leandro to buy a house. We don't have much to spend ( we are looking at 350,000). Any other suggestions on where to buy a house with not too crazy a commute?

$350,000, you only buy a one bed room condo or a small 2 bedrooms condo. Commune from San leandro to the city, it takes $7 every day for BART.

you can send a letter from anywhere in the country with one stamp if the weight is minimal, like a 3-4 pages before the postage starts to increase. I dont know what martinez and san leandro has anything to do with a stamp. You can send a letter from NYC to san leandro on 1 stamp if you wanted.

El Cerrito, Richmond Marina, Point Richmond, Albany, Berkeley, El Sabronte, San Pablo, you can find nice neighborhoods in all of these cities.
