Well, my husband has a deep Hungarian accent which I usually love except when he is complaining about my activities.
Also, I think a French accent on a man is nice.

I love Irish and Scottish accents, but my favourite would have to be French. I enjoyed learning Welsh, but it's hardly sexy with all of the 'ch's' and 'll's' - no offence, I'm Welsh myself!
