or, let them sleep with me. I'm 17, and with a large family (there's 18 of us kids, long story, don't judge b4 you know it. check my profile for the details), mom and dad's room can't hold all the little ones during bad dreams and thunder storms. so instead they come running to me and my 16 yo sister's bed instead. i don't have a problem sharing my bed with my 9 yo twin and 4 and 2 yo sisters. just being close together and snuggling up with one of them gives us both a feeling of security. but i have a 8, 7, 6, and 3 yo brothers too who also come running to my bed when the least bit frightened. my friends think it's wrong and sick that i let them sleep with me. i have mixed feelings. at 1 in the morning if a scared little boy comes running to me for comfort because he's afraid of monsters or something , i don't wanna turn him away..but still should i let them sleep with me, or tell them to suck it up, be big kids and go back to their own beds?

Its not sick to let ur brother's and sisters sleep with you. They are little kids and anyone who thinks anything is wrong with that is sick. It is ur choice.

Don't even need to look at your profile hon. It sounds to me as if you're one heck of a big sister. Nothing wrong in comforting the little ones in my eyes. You have a very large family and I bet it's a big help to mom with you being there for the littler ones. My hats off to you. May god bless and keep you safe. Merry Xmas and a Happy New Year to you and all of your family dear.

I personally see nothing wrong with them sleeping with you. To them you are a mother figure anyway and I don't see anything ever happening. God bless your parents for taking the effort, time, money and love to raise a large mixed family. We adopted our son 22 years ago and he is OUR SON in every way.

They are still really little at 8. Imagine how they would feel being left to face those scarey moments alone just because someone else has a twisted mind.

strong Lord! you're flirting with disaster. the concept no longer only makes for regusatation, yet is amazingly disgusting as well, in case you bypass for this, you may want to as well make your dad your swinging better 1/2.

They are still little boys so I see nothing wrong with it snuggling and being close with your little brothers.
