Mummy & I live in a big house in the country. I stand to iherit all of my father's estate next year when I become of age because he died last year.

Well I took the Chauffeur out recently to celebrate Christmas and we had a few shebets, but on the way home in the Bentley we were stopped by the police and George our Chauffeur proved to be over the drink driving limit and has since had his licence revoked by the court.

Because he is our Chauffeur, but does not have a licence do you think I should terminate his contract.

If the gardener has a licence, make him be the chauffeur and the chauffeur wont need to be fired because you can get him to do the gardening.

Certainly and dock him any wages he's due, just for good measure. If accomadation comes with the job, get him out quickly in order to have another driver for Christmas. You don't want be caught drink driving like you're chauffeur.

You took him out. You were 'in charge` of the party.
You were also his boss, so he may have felt
obligated to 'keep up`.
You bear some ethical burden in regard to the outcome.
If the loss of license is temporary, you should
hold him over.
If his loss of license is permanent, you should
at least ensure that he finds other employment.
Does the house need a a gardener?
You should be relieved that inducing him to drive
drunk didn't result in some-one being injured.

If he has been banned how can he expect to be your Chauffeur and carry out his duties. Does he have a contract of employment and what does it state?

Use your vast estate and influence to hire an attorney to make this go away.

Do you care about your reputation?
Do you have ethics? Integrity? Character?
Do you feel any responsibility for this situation?
How you answer those questions will give you the answer to your above question.

This cannot be a serious question as no-one is that selfish. Besides, if you are wealthy didn't you have a private education? If so, why is your written English so bad? You are just pretending (I hope) or else you deserve to lose all your money.

you should not even ask the question .No licence and drink driving , get rid of him now , tonight, before he gets you or somone else killed . Also give his details to the police and get him locked up.
