It's simply your liking for mature women and nothing else.There is no answer for liking a particular type of women by 27 year old young man.Liking varies from person to person.Yours just another kind of liking.I can't grade this as good or bad.It's ok for some, that's all.

Its a common phenomena. After certain age men like mature women only. Its nothing abnormal, as far as I believe.
