A look. Somebody asked me that last night (yes, really!); and I just looked at her and then looked away. Then she asked my gf why I was quiet and my gf told her to ask me. When she said that she already had and I didn't say anything, my gf said 'I guess she doesn't feel like talking right now'. She was right.....

I liked that first answer by Dan21. Nice. But for my comeback, the sweet side of me would just smile at them and calmly ask "Why do you want to know?" But the other side of me would just say that i'm quiet because i like to watch and observe everything around me. I used to be like that all the time. But what i've learned is that the quiet ones are usually the ones to watch out for! You don't know what they got hidden up their sleeve!
A person who is quiet and doesn't say much only talks when he has something good to say. A person who is loud, brash, and boisterous opens his mouth every time and doesn't care what comes out! Only the wise man learns this lesson, the fool never will!
