I don't believe so for the second question, but for the first.....
I personally have never seen a ghost, but I have talked to people who have. I do not believe ghosts are real, and I think most people who claim to have seen one are making it up. However, I also believe that some people who say they have seen a ghost are seeing what they want to see; a beloved deceased relative, etc. Some are hallucinations and some are just from people trying to get attention.

The more likely explanation for one person in a photo being blurry while the others aren't would be because they moved when the camera took the picture. Or perhaps a fault with camera or a smudge on lens.
However, I believe ghosts are real, and they can come out in photos as a blurry image, but this image would be in addition to whatever had been photographed.

Usually that just means the camera was out of focus....
Now, If you take a picture of somebody, and then when you develop it, it turns out they have the menacing figure of the grim reaper poised with scythe raised behind them, that's not a good sign.
In all seriousness though, with digital cameras especially, you can get some very strange effects from small jiggles. If the camera was "writing" that part of the dock to memory and the camera moved a tiny bit, you might get an effect like one person being blurry. Or, they might have moved during the shot.
I have a photo taken of myself, and my family five years ago, and in it. I'm the only one in focus, even though we are standing next to each other. I am happy to report that both my parents are alive and well..

Ghost are not real!! In myths and some beliefs they can be real but I would have to say most people don't think they're real and probaly are not. As for the camera idea, the reason of the blurryness in some pics is because, bad camera men. And the focus plane on different views (you should know what the focus plane is if you ever got educated.) Hope this helps!! Good luck with whatever your doin'!!:):):)

If you believe in the paranormal ( after life ). A blurred picture is no indication there is a ghost figure maybe perhaps there is something wrong with the film or negatives but than that is your believes of life itself and obviously your mate has different views.

Have you ever seen a ghost? Or seen something that a ghost has done? That answer your question? Has the blurry person died?

I don't think so. But heres my theory (dont laugh now :):)) I think time laspes kind of so that while we're sitting here something else is happening at the same time same place with other people from different times. So its like a glitch kind of or the world is spinning and time laspes so while we're living so are other people at the same time just we dont know it and every once in a while we see a glitch and think its a ghost. that is an old myth, that a blurry photograph means someone will die soon. However, I've heard that when very old photos fade, spirits present at the time of the photo will become visible.
I won't say it's fact, but that is what I've heard.
