Hope medical staff includes all us care-workers and district nurses who will be working as usual over Christmas and New Year! It's not much fun driving around to various homes knowing that behind those brightly decorated windows people are having a good time!
Just joking! I love my job and I'll be visiting my 'clients' wearing an 'Elf' outfit! It went down well last year and really cheered people up!
Seriously though THANK YOU for remembering that some people will be working!
