Maybe I had a Heart attack ....
maybe I was drunk as hell ....
maybe I was dead ....
maybe I had a fallen and simply hurt myself ....
or would you just keep on walking as if you did not see me or
simply walk around me .... ( not my problem )

I would do a verbal check if you are alright, and then check if you are breathing. I would call an ambulance first if neither get a response, and then commence CPR. You'd be really darn lucky if I was walking by you when you were lying on the street like that.

Yep,i'd stop and help.I've done it before and i'll do it again.My car broke down on a hi-way and i was on the side and saw a logging truck slam his brakes on and the van behind him couldn't stop in time and crashed into his rear end and the logs went threw her front windows.Her van was smashed up but she was in critical condition and blood was everywhere.I had to crawl threw broken glass to get to her and she was still conscience.I ran back to my car and grabbed the pillow cases i'd just bought and got back in with her and held them to what was left of her face.Her nose and jaw were exposed to the bone and blood was pumping.I heard a noise and looked down and there was a small child under the dashboard,his seatbelt had been cut through by glass and i had to get him out cause the gas was poring out of the van.I couldn't get the mom out due to her being pinned and her injuries were to much to move her.I stayed with her until the firemen could get through the car to car traffic on the hi-way and then they had to call for life flight and they had me stay with her cause she'd get upset if i tried to leave her.The woman and son lived and she spent a few months in the hospital and i was told she would've died if not for me.I guess you'll never know what u can do until it happens.

yes i would like too, i would just be cautious after seeing all the scary movies where people laying like that on streets wake up as soon as someone comes but i would like to help and maybe take you to your place or to the hospital. i would totally help if you looked genuine and safe!!

yes, i would stop and help, I don't care if you were a person passed out from drinking or just wanted to sleep outside. I might even ask my mommy if I could keep you!

hopefully any decent human being would stop and help. First by calling 999 and then trying to make you comfortable.
