I thought the WWE was more creative with Razor Ramon.
How that made Scott Hall pass as a version of Tony Montana, it was well done. The swagger, the voice, appearance, and the excessive jewelry made him seem like a true "Bad Guy". Mr. Perfect was pretty good as well, but Razor was better done.

the perfect gimmick was a good choice and don't think it would have worked if they did not give it curt henning. but i liked razor ramon gimmick and scott hall added a lot to the gimmick. Even though i think curt was a better wrestler but razor had the better gimmick

Mister Perfect was a great wrestler ,but his gimmick didn't require much thought
So I'll go with Razor Ramon,,I was new and different for the time
