i do trust my girlfriend but she doesnt think i do.. we are far apart from each other and i know she trusts me, and i trust her but she cant see that.. i am jealous of the people that get to see her everyday, and im jealous of the fact that im not ne of those people, but i know she would never do anything to ruin wat we have together.. but i dont no how to prove i trust her...

first of all, you can't make her trust you. She just has to come to that conclusion on her own. But if you are being completely honest and she still doesn't trust you, then maybe she just isn't the one for you. Be true to yourself no matter what and stop worrying whether or not people trust you. That can really break you down and make you become someone you don't like.

dont worry she knows you trust her.it is the trust which is keeping you toghether.when this trust will finish she will dump you.
