A new ping pong table and or paddles. A gaggle of cheese twirls, peanut butter & honey sandwiches and a second wedding for the other twin. Every Father & man's favorite things. Daughters, sport and food. Google it :)
Then a nice thank you note. Job well done.

A toast. Something like...
What an honor it is to be able to wish you and Laura a Merry Christmas, Mr President. Thank you for serving our country so valiantly throughout your terms. You have my heartfelt blessings for the upcoming year and always.
Cheers!

It would probably have to be something nice in order for me to stand out. Maybe something like a membership in steak of the month club. It would be expensive, but it might stand out. He gets good food as it is, considering his position, but I think he would appreciate it.

The proverbial "sack of coal" is too good for Dumbya since he would have fun creating CO2 and global warming in burning it. How about a nice impeachment? Down with Dictator Dumbya!!!

I would tell him Merry Christmas and a Happy New Years in 2008. I would wish him the best of luck his last year in office and I would tell him that I truely believe AS A FACT that if the Former Prime Minister of the Dominion of Canada Pierre Trudeau, Former President of the United States of America George Washington, and Former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom Winston Churchill were all alive today, all three men would be very proud of the hard work, determination, and succeess Bush has had for the United States of America and The World.
