Good question, I'd have to say Texas.

But Totally Texas, then Oklahoma, then Arkansas , then Tennessee and Kentucky

My guess would be Texas! But, I'm hoping Sawmill is right, because I'm from Arkansas too! Add Lefty Frizzell, Buddy Jewell, Collin Raye, K.T. Oslin, and my least favorite country artist, Joe Nichols, to his list.
