Hello,

(ANS) Generally speaking No! not much. I'm an atheist so I am quite used to my views being seen as beyond the pale by most people anyway. I think many problems and a great deal of human suffering is caused by religion in the first place, religion has become the problem not the solution.

**Once you get a bit older what other people think of you starts to matter less and less. I've given up worrying about getting other peoples approval for what I think or do. I have my own opinions and if others don't agree with me thats fine.

**I'm not trying to be trendy or keeping up with the latest fashions either but I'm no slob either. I just don't worry if my mobile phone is out of date as long as it works when I need it then thats all that matters. Far far too much importance is given to image, surface looks or material objects when actually such things matter little in the overall scheme of life. To me it people, & feelings and depth of character is what interests me, not how much money or bling you have.

**Todays trendy BLING is tomorrows Naff rubbish!!

I am who I am....when you've lived long enough, you stop caring about trying to please every tom dick and harry.

I suppose I care, but most people are to self absorbed, and that is their problem, not mine. When I do meet someone decent, that is when I let I let my little light shine. Otherwise I don't really bother with the effort of trying to please anyone.

Even the bible says "do not cast your pearls before swine". What does it matter trying to please some degenerate? No thanks.

When you are young, you are growing and you have to discover who you are and other people's approval seems crucial to your self esteem. I suppose it is in those developmental stages because everyone wants to be accepted and have friends.

But when the people around you hurt you and bring you down, they are not friends, and they can mess up your head big time.

You should not judge yourself by the picture they paint of you. They are hurtful and spiteful in doing that, and it's because they are hurting themselves.

So put yourself in a circle of friends that support you rather than bring you down, and you'll find your way in this world much faster and be both mentally and physically healthier for it.

I only care about what the people i care about think of me, and they know me well enough to not be shocked by the things i do. As for everyone else.........don't really care, if they are not willing to give me a fair trail and get to know me before they make up their minds then i won't waste my time worrying about it. Life is too short enjoy it. Merry Xmas x x

Yes, a person might pretend not to care, but the fact is we live and work with other people and if what we do bothers them, we will feel the impact of it. one way or another.
It's always good, when you're in a conflict, to try and put yourself in the other person's shoes and look at what you're doing from their point of view. It will help you deal with them if need be, or it might change your own behavior.
Just remember to love

no not really at tiimes yes with specific people that are a major part of my lif such as my mother father sister partner and child. other than that other people make no contribution towards my life, they dont pay my bills, they are not there when i am dead tiered from working overtiime, or when i want to accomplish something in life they have no say in it. Why would i worry about what a nobody in my life thinks about me.

Not always. I can judge myself.
And if somebody have an opinion then I can judge on my own, if the opinion is true or not. Really more people are not neutral in there opinion and I don't care them. I only care for my inner-self (my soul).

Depends on the person... I can be a little hard to read when first meeting me... If you can't deal with that from the start, I could care less about getting to know you better.

Everybody cares at least a little bit, some people I don't give a rats butt what they think, but when it comes to your family and friends of course you don't want them thinking poorly of you.
