I would suggest that you contact the home builders. They have contact information for the contractors they use, and this would steer you in the right direction. Custom builders would be a good place to begin. They take more care in having the homes cleaned than mass-market builders.
Do a search for custom home builders and you should be on your way! Good luck to you.

Best thing to do would be to find a local realtor and ask them who are the main contractors for the current buildings, They should have that information because they will be the ones selling the properties when they are completed. Or just drive around to some of the building sites and ask some of the workers whos in charge.

Just drive the town where you live stop at every house under construction and leave your card and a short list of prices. I have worked in construction and know that there is a lot of clean up at the end of the job. Just picking up all the scrap so the yard man can do his job is a major under taking.

I would contact the contractors who build new homes. They have to have it cleaned better than "broom cleaned" when laying carpet, wood floors, etc.

A contractor's only obligation is to have the finished house "swept broom-clean." That would not get you much money cleaning those places.
