There's a lot of heels on SmackDown as is. Also, the Major Brothers just turned heel, so why would WWE do that to Chuck Palumbo? His character can get over as a face.

WWE is making him turn a heel eventually a stronger better copy of Santino w/ Maria. It'll be Chuck w/ Michelle and Santino w/ Maria.
