NO i don't know anything about it except that it is a swiss made piece of silver, on its back there is the word chiaso and the letters P, A, M, P

It is not so easy to identify the different images in this composition. The plaque seems to be of blindfolded woman in profile who appears to be holding a cone-like basket of fruit or flowers. In general, a blindfolded woman is the attribute of Justice (blindfolded so that her judgement cannot be swayed); and a basket of fruit - called a cornucopia - which is a symbol of plenty and abundance. But I have never seen these two images come together in the same depiction. Have you any more info to give us? Have you any idea of the origin of this plaque, for instance? The goddess of Justice has other attributes such as a globe of the world, a scales, or she may carry a dove (unifying her with peace).but I cannot make out anything like this in the piece you are showing us.
Addition: The PAMP initails lead one to a firm specializing in artistic precious metal design. If you go to the site, you can contact them if you want and ask about the piece quoting the word chiaso> It is most probably made by them. http://www.pamp.ch/main.htm.
