They are in style to an extent.
If you wear them with the right outfit, they are great.
But it you wear them with sweatpants, no.

Not out of style, but coming back in.
The best way to see what is in style is to watch the early morning news show such as Fox News around 8:00 and 9:00. These gals really know how to dress. Another good example is CNN with Robin around 6:00 to 9:00 AM. They all wear the latest in fashion.

well those perticular hoops are ugly but hoops are timeless and go with anything, those who say hoops are out of style are trying to hard to seem cool. but they're not. wear your hoops.

Hoop earrings tend to make the cheek area look rounder. If they flatter your face shape, wear them! Lots of women still do.

They seem a little summery.
But with a necklace that's minimal and a little earthy ( Like little silver feathers on a chain) and a tight sweater and jeans and some boots it could be really cute.
Or you could get them and gold and wear them with a sexy red or green.
