If you're concerned about her behavior (obviously you are) talk to her pediatrician and/or talk to one of the counselors at her school. Either of these can give you direction on whether or not your daughter appears to need a psychological evaluation and/or counseling.
In answer to your question, the first place to start would be with an appointment with a psychologist. The psychologist could then do a psychological evaluation.
If the evaluation showed up no signs of serious problems your daughter could probably still benefit from counseling. Maybe you could too. If it looked like there could be more serious problems you'd probably be advised to get yet more professional help.
The psychologist may refer you to a psychiatrist (an MD who specializes in psychiatry, of course). If the psychiatrist believed there was a need to get her brain checked you would probably be referred to a neurologist and/or someone who could perform some neurological testing.
Of course, if your daughter's pediatrician saw reason to get neurological testing done all those other people (the school counselor, psychologist, etc.) would be bypassed. The pediatrician could refer you to the professionals who do neurological testing.

If you mean she's 15 and she's done crazy stuff then I think you should take her to dinner not a doctor. Just you and her and a nice restuarant that you both like. I'm 16, and I know that when ever I'm acting out it's because there's something bothering me very badly internally. The best person a girl can talk to is one of her parents. If you take her out to dinner then you can avoid a big argument, because most people don't like to make a scene out in public.
Of course if you didn't mean my daughter is 15 and is doing crazy stuff then you can totally disreguard my anser. lol

Honestly, almost nothing is crazy if the gal is 15. Particularly with girls, I think. If you like, list what she's done and we'll try to help you figure out if it is crazy. Otherwise, talk to her doctor... but you'll likely get the same answer.
