I have a vague memory of a road-trip type movie, which I saw a a drive-in, about the mid-seventies, but for the life of me, I can't remember the title. The story had something to do with a couple of hitchhiking carny drifters who go on a road trip with a stranger in a high-speed muscle car; they take advantage of the driver, take his wallet & car, and find themselves on the lam, when they find out that the car is full of illegal drugs...
...does anyone recall anything like this???

Were there a couple of go-go dancers involved in this scenario??? If so, the film you describe sounds a whole hell of a lot like the rollacking action cheapie from 1977, called "High Rolling in a Hot Corvette"; I remember seeing that one at the drive-in myself, and just by chance, a few years ago, I stumbled upon the video cassette at a local swap meet...
