what to wear!!!??please help?

i am going to a new years party and i dont have a clue on wat i am going to wear

i am planning on wearing a dress, hells and idk how to do my hair either
can u show me any ideas u have

If its dressy a short cocktail dress with some glittery accessories always looks good. Dont know what type of hair you have but an updo with dangling earings would be good.

I don't know what's in your closet, but red and other bright colors tend to be good choices for New Years.

it depends on how hot/cold it is going to be
i would say your best bet would be with a knee-length party dress and if it is going to be cold maybe a shrug or something like that. You can look at places like Wet Seal, Forever 21, Sears, Khols, etc. same with the shoes, but try not to get any that are hard to walk in.
As for the hair it depends on how long your hair is, but you could straighten it and leave it down, or pull it up into a sleek ponytail or bun
