I have had a problem with my internet for the past two days (I am at work at the moment) and Time Warner is refusing to come out to help fix it. They were to come out yesterday but never did. Now they are telling me that they do not know when they can come out. Their customer service SUCKS! Everyone I have talked to over there has brushed me off and wouldn't give me answers.

Am I alone in this type of situation with Time Warner? (by the way, they made #4 in MSN's list of the worst cutomer service in the East Coast).

It seems like the cable/road runner/phone always likes to go out on the weekends when there isn't anyone there to fix it.

I think you're right...I'm a former contractor for TWC, by the way. E-mail me and describe your problem. If I can give you a remedy tip I will. (Think "Comcast"!)
