Yes, we are all unique, valuable and valued individuals. We all take our place in the cosmic whole; and it is our responsibility to use our unique gifts and talents to the full.

eventually, assuming the world will never end, there will be someone who, has the same DNA as someone wo has lived before. I think there's 48 x 47 x 46 x 45 x ... x 3 x 2 x 1 different combinations of human DNA (or something similar), so eventually I will not be unique (maybe I'm already not unique) but, with so many possibilities and within those possibilities, so many life choices that will change my personality, it is safe to say, for now, that everyone is unique.

Everyone is different in their own special way. But people who desire to be part of the crowd are people I do not consider unique. People who I feel desire to be unique and are satisfied in their own person are people who I think are unique.
Models, I think, are the most un-unique people ever. You go to a place like Las Vegas and what do you see? All these girls who probably have the same hair guy, the same boob-job guy, the same make-up guy, etc.
Songwriters, I think, are the most unique people, because they try to get their own sound out there to attract the masses.
Who ever does something that really screams, "I'm my own person and proud of it" are truly unique. You just have to have your own eye for these things.

I am unique, because if I am not unique, there would be one who would be just like me. But two things must differ, if they do not differ, they are one. So I am different from everyone, and so I am unique.

I am not connected at the brain to you or to anyone else. I can choose one of the 12 forms of syllogisms that lead to the possibility of truth while you chose another of the 12, and that alone makes me unique from you. Or heaven help you while you chose one of the 60 syllogisms that lead to false conclusions concerning the Law of Identity. (That is what syllogisms get you: conclusions concerning the Law of Identity.)
My body is not your body. My blood is not your blood. And I do not wonder about questions that fit the 60 epistemologically wrong forms of syllogism, as you have done with your question.
But I do sometimes attempt to answer these questions just to put matters into some perspective.

If I am an individual, then I am unique, at least to some degree.

Yes, I'm unique. I'm unique because DNA is an infinite combinatorial system, just like language.
