Yes, if they were true, they would be! But as it's all made up nonsence read them without taking them seriously or better still don't bother reading them at all, because it's all twaddle!

Horoscopes are not an exact science, they are more of an interpretation. Horoscopes have been around a very long time so there is a lot of common observation thrown in the mix. They are intended for entertainment in my opinion, though many people believe otherwise. To each his own, there is no harm in attempting to divine the future as long as you take a positive open minded attitude with what you read in a horoscope, and try and make it work for you rather than against you.

Some newspapers also have a back bone and, though they publish horoscopes to sell plus plus copies and kill plus plus trees, they possibly don't care about hiring an astrologer or making predictions themselves. My friends and I used to do that in high school with our newspapa.

If you are looking for consistency in astrology, your barking up the wrong tree. Can't happen. They are not in the comics section for nothing.
Edit: Astrology is NOT a science. It is one of many types of divination.
Divination is the attempt to foretell the future or discover occult knowledge by interpreting omens or by using paranormal or supernatural powers.

i dont believe in daily horoscopes. i think that trash. I do believe that ur birthday determines what ur personality is or what traits u possess.
