I have drafty windows but do not want to replace all of them. Outside of my window is a tract that holds a screen. the screens are held in place by a couple of spring loaded pins. Do they make a window that would fit into the screen tract for winter use? I think this would look better than attaching plastic sheeting as my neighbor does.

The cheap way out, and it looks pretty good is to have screen frames made up but without out screen, instead have them put in clear plastic film. Tha Dah you have easy to remove and store, and inexpensive Storm windowws. You can leave them in any windo you don't open normally during the summer
Good Luck

Most windows have 3 tracks. One for the "inside" window, one for the storm window and one the screen fits into. usually, the storm window is on the inside from the screen so you can close it without removing the screen.
