Acne are the cause of hormonal imbalance that takes place during adolesent.Dont laugh.There is some truth in your statement about mastubaration. Excessive mastuberation results in secretion of hormones in your body.And this hormonal imbalance as stated earlier results in appearance of acne,pimples due to excitement of oil glands in the body to produce more oil,resulting in clogged pores in skin,infections leading to acnes etc.Maybe it is not responsible in its entirety.There are other causitive factors also.
