I think Tom T. his intensity of hatred far surpassed and exceeded any of the other candidates who all are against illegal immigration and for securing the borders. When u run on a single issue then u r a fascist.

T.T. was banned from the White House for his extreme extremism. Jeb Bush called him a Nut. T.T. message of hatred was extended also to millions of the children of so called illegal immigrants. He was more than willing to break families. He was very vicious.

I find it absolutely stunning that "hate" in our modern world is defined simply as wishing people to act independently, rather than have the government bail them out of every little boo-boo. True hatred is an intense dislike of a person, to the point that it interferes with one's rational thought.
As a conservative, I do not "hate" the poor simply because I wish them to earn a better lot for themselves; many of them do, and I can't tell you how happy that makes me. I do not "hate" children because I encourage private education, which has been proven time and again to be a better course of action than the government-funded indoctrination centers (and only appears otherwise through extreme manipulation of facts). I do not "hate" racial minorities because I don't want them to have special treatment; our Declaration of Independence itself states that "all Men are created equal; that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights; that among these Rights are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness...", meaning that everyone has equal rights and the best recourse is to restore those rights to those who have lost them, not to exact revenge upon those who supposedly took the rights away. I do not "hate" the elderly because I don't think Social Security should exist in the form it presently does; I think people will be much better off if they take responsibility for themselves, and save the money on their own. They'll have more of it when the time comes for it, and they'll be better able to decide what they want to do with it. I do not "hate" anyone, though I do have a severe sense of distaste that borders on it which is especially reserved for those who wish to infringe upon my liberty and that of others.
With my little rant concluded (don't get me started like that again!), I'm sorry to see Tom Tancredo go. Though he never really attracted the following, he would have been a good President.

You are a Sheriff and you didn't like Tancredo wanting to rid illegal immigration? This is why we need to clean up Law enforcement. You are one of them that need to go. Now I know what my tax dollars pay for. Tancredo stood up and spoke on a issue that is very important for more people than just you. Hard working? Hah! Some are, but they need to go back and come here LEGALLY! I feel though in some cases, especially ones that involve children. Should have some considerations taken into account. I am not cold hearted but I am damn tired of illegals flooding this Country. Others too not just from Mexico.

Tom's message was not one of hate at all. Perhaps you were misinformed by one of the illegals near you.
His message was one of legality and the miserable failure of the federal government and the dismal failure of Mr. Bush to stem the ever flood of illegals into our country. Mr. Bush was and still is the greatest failure when it comes to being a president and trying to stop the flow of illegals into this country. I thought Carter and Clinton were the worse presidents until 'W' came along. It would not bother me on bit if 'W' was impeached for dereliction of duty. Between Bush and the criminal CEOs running this country, the country needs to cleanse this country of them. I want Congress to impeach Bush and tax the criminal CEOs at a 99% tax rate, sezie their assets, sell it and give it to their employees who they sole from.
As for the illegals flooding our country, I want Congress to get off their duffs and do something about securing the border. Their are nothing but a bunch of do-nothings looking after the rich while sticking it to the rest of us. I have given up on Bush doing anything right.
I want the illegals to be removed from this country by any method available.
What this country needs is for Tom Tancredo to be installed at this country's immigration czar.

What message of hate? You mean his stand on ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS? That is not hate..that is rationality. What part of illegal don't you understand? This country can not support the education and health demands of the millions of illegals. Many hospitals have had to close because having to provide health care for illegals literally bankrupted them. I am 100% for immigration and 100% against ILLEGAL immigration.

I'm sorry but what message was that? Are you advocating the breaking of our laws?
I wished more people were less Politically Correct like Rep Tancredo.
And I am sorry to see him leave the race. He may have actually done something to stop the flood of illegals from all over the world.

If having meaningful border enforcement is hate, I say, bring it on! Why the hell don't we do what every other country on the face of the earth has done, and get control of their borders. Mexico doesn't tolerate illegal immigrants, and neither should we!

yes. he is not the great communicator. never could figure out what he was for. called him foggy tancredo. who was that guy? he just didn't realize what was involved in running for the job. since he never stood a chance, one wonders if some of these guys are out to get face time for future runs to be re-elected to the Congress or governorship back home. Maybe they do know what they are doing?

I knew that Tom Tancredo had no chance of winning the GOP nomination but I was looking forward to voting for him in the primary. He was the one candidate I heard who was able to put the war on terror in to perspective. Islam is waging a war on western culture and we must defend ourselves, our civilization depends on it.
I'm hoping for Thompson/Tancredo ticket in '08.
