The real meaning of Christmas is Christ Mass, so why is it you are not in Mass on Christ day?

B/c people that only go to Mass on Christmas and Easter are not getting into Heaven just b/c of that. It should be a weekly thing. Besides, Christmas doesnt even originate from Christians, so we go to Mass on Sundays, Christmas is on a Tues so we will be home b/c to me, Christmas is about family and spending time together♥

Sometimes yes and other times no. I can be close to God in my living room, but I do attend church almost every Sunday. I find it ridiculous that people only attend for a holiday because they think it is what they are supposed to do or they are pressured by their family.
Everyday is Christ Day and not everyone attends Mass......

we go to midnight mass on christmas eve/day. i absolutely love it! my kids throw a fit every year because they would rather go to bed. even if we didn't go, they'd still be up.

not every religion has "mass". some have services, sermons, etc.
