None. My family was non-religious tending more towards the scientific view of things. Honesty and good behavior was stressed, and my upbringing was mostly pleasant. In high school there was a lot of Christian activity and my older brother and my girlfriend became involved. My views were non-committal until a tragedy took my brother's life. Finding a baptismal certificate amongst my brother's things prompted me to ask a minister what that meant. A few months later I was baptized to be close in heart with my brother. Since then my walk with Christ has grown such that I have trouble believing I wasn't raised Christian--both my parents, now deceased, were from Christian homes. Why they neglected the most vital part of life, I can only guess. I don't think Jesus would separate us in Heaven, so I'll ask them when we're reunited. Perhaps the fact that my parents unwittingly brought forth Christians will save them. Hell is very real-doubt at your peril.
