My hot tub controls are acting up says OH even though it has new cold water after changing the heater element.
Balboa controls DU 260E
Ohm readings on the main sensor are about 83 Kohm, the High limit sensor about 63 Kohm, water temprature about 40 degrees f

are these sensors out of range or is my board shot

You need to replace your temp. sensor. Easily done...you can do it yourself. Be sure to turn the power off first of course. then just unplug it and then plug the new one in. Make sure you do not get your board wet!!! Reading that your heater has been replaced...did you also replace the Hi limit at the same time I hope? Most heater come with it already on but a lot of service people will take it off and then sell it back to you. It's not uncommon to have a bad sensor. IF you plug the new one in and it's not it then it is your board but do not fret! Balboa will repair it for 125.00. If you run into any problems or questions feel free to email.

If there are no other readings you can take, make sure the spade connectors on the control board are not corroded. If they are corroded, use a wire brush to clean them.
If there are no signs of corrosion, the board will probably need to be replaced.
