2-4 Weeks, maybe sooner, maybe longer. The best idea would be to take it to where you bought it, explain your problem, and they should replace it.

If your iPod is defective, you should take it back to the place you bought it from, with the receipt. I wouldn't expect Apple to reply to you at all.

ya about 2 ta 4 weeks.maybe later or sooner.but um wherever u have got it from then just show the people whats wrong with it they will help u.i did that to.
