is normal and it called the pricumm
some men got it with a huge amount so they feel it while the other got it in very tinny drop so they did not feel it

it is neither urine nor sperm. It is usually a clear fluid that is generated by the various glands in the vicinity of the bladder and prostate. It's purpose is to lubricate the head of the penis to make sex smoother. Though some guys, more often those who are corcumcised, liek to add some other substance to make everythign slide with less friction.
