What I mean with English keyboard is the keyboard with characters like "ABC", not the other writing system like in Japan and Saudi Arabia.

I think you have to switch the "language" on your computer and figure out how that affects your English language keys. I think you may need to do something with the key board, just not sure what.

change the language in xp language bar in control panel
