These are the kind of questions I love, so off the wall, In my opinion, A transvestite would be guilty of Female Fraud rather than Male Fraud, A man is a man long as he still has his sex organs intact.

Transvestite: one who dresses as the opposite sex, either male or female.
Male fraud could theoretically be used for either situation (I'm pretty sure argument would ensue about gender PC). You would have to unwrap the parcel yourself to find out (might be fun ... never know) but without their consent, you might not be able to expose the fraud without being guilty of several violations yourself.

Only if the crossdresser is a female. Obviously a male can't be guilty of impersonating a male, so it would have to be a FEMALE crossdresser to be guilty of "male fraud".
