Should it be three strikes and your out for criminal bowlers, or should their lives be spared?

Hard to say because they are often been framed for their crime and that's easy to do because they are already in the gutter so they would do anything to make some money - even if it means getting pinned for crime they didn't commit.

I 'll try to 'pin' it down. I think if they can be reconformed to productive members of society and get their minds out of the gutter they could be part of a greater league in life. It just could be right up their alley!
