not often but at the times that i do feel lonely and i am not alone i would acctually like to be alone just thinking about my life behind me and what i have done not that anything is bad but looking back to what i achieved

Before I got sober, all of the time. Now, 3 years later, it happens only once in a blue moon. Its usually when I'm in a situation where Ive made a unhealthy choice for myself; I can often get out of it pretty quickly now.

but seriously, when it feels like no one appreciates you, the things you do.............
like doing things just to make them laugh,
yeah they did laugh but afterwards at sometime, they'll forget that its you who brought laughters and smiles on their cheeks.....
and still, they'll scold you..............

when i don't feel comfortable with specific people it happens all the time but i simply try to choose with whom i pass my time....
