You would need to say something so interesting in your blog that many people come to read it. Then you can get the kind of ads that pay per click if someone on your website goes to the ad.
The reality is that there are a lot of blogs out there and most do not draw many readers so that is the first issue to deal with

Well, first of all what software are you using? The answer I'm about to give works well with blogger.com.
Using things like Google Adsence on your blog will attract people into clicking them (hopefully), where you can get paid for each person clicking on them.
