we have newly issued G-series Iraqi passports;invitation letter from my brother to me,my husband and my 2 little children;we want to achieve our visas and make the journey as soon as possible.

You may want to contact a Dutch consular service in the region. At present for consular services, including visa and NL passport applications is referred to other Netherlands embassies / representations in the region, such as Amman (Jordan), Damascus (Syria), Istanbul and Ankara (Turkey).
