The 10th Amendment says that any power not specifically granted to the Federal government in the Constitution belongs to the States.

Good grief, government is already too bloated as it is. We need to start eliminating and privatizing some of what government does now instead of adding more fat-butt bureaucrats to cushy jobs that waste taxpayer money.
