okay, neither....but, which tends to be more inclined by nature to be unjust or immoral?

men tend to be more just and moral,
women tend to be more sympathetic but not more moral, by nature the complete woman is neither moral or immoral, they are just non-moral.

those who say neither are probably just too ignorant and stupid to actually be concerned with understanding the nature of the sexes.

i am not saying that all men are just and moral, but i would say that if you had to compare the percentage of men who are just and moral to the percentage of women that are just and moral, then you will find that men are generally more just than women.

I hope you are not saying that all men are just and moral, probably only about 1% or 2% of men are entitled to be classified as moral and just.

"I would say that if you compare the percentage of men that are just and moral to the percentage of women that are just and moral, you would find that men are generally more just than women."

And you base this on what? Your own observations? Not very "scientific", wouldn't you say? You think that what you've observed in your own small life makes for "profound truth?" It doesn't.

Never mind the fact that you seem quite biased against women. That certainly "skews the results" (lol), don't you think?

I hate to generalize but, imo, I feel women are both more just and moral.

We're naturally more tender, have empathy towards others, and believe clearly in what is right and what is wrong for the benefit of all.

This covers both morality and justice.

There was time when I would have said that women were, but after watching and hearing all the news on tv and online, I've changed my mind. I am beginning to think that fewer and fewer of either sex is just or moral. Maybe that is because you only see the bad stuff in the news.

>>Ave has some great insight on this.
A small percentage of men are the least just and moral of all. Sometimes, there are women who lust after him for it, so they're wearing a hat with a pretty dark shade of grey themselves. But in the vast middle, I see different areas of strength/weakness with regards to morals, but the overall qualitative differences are negligible. Now, if it's immoral to treat good men like crap, then young women are definitely less just and moral in this regard.

I'd say men are more just and women are more moral.

But, I mean, that's a really shallow ruling, and I completely own up to that. I'm bored with giving the most obvious (and correct) answer which is that it totally depends on the person. We might as well change G&WS to the "it depends on the person" category.

On an unrelated note, I think it's a shame that Sacha Baron Cohen has officially abandoned you and Ali G. But what can you expect? He is Jew with'a nasty Jew claw...

EDIT: You mean "amoral".

There has been a study on it, I forget who by. They found that men are more motivated by justice, but women are more motivated by an ethic of care.

Which of these is superior really depends on your point of view - which do you prefer - an eye for an eye, or to care for your fellow humanity?
