ive been reading the code of utah and the code of the USA and it says it's legal because there's not a diference of 4 years between us, however they still say that it's illegal, why?

As long as its a non sexual relationship its completely legal

Non-sexual relationships are fine at that age.

Only some states allow sexual relationships at that age without marriage.

Below is one of the consent websites. However, I would check to code of the state you reside in to confirm the status.

just walk into any police station with the 16 year old...tell any cop this is whom you had sex with. then inquire..''Is our relationship legal?
