I need the money really bad! help! i am from ca!

You will have to get the forms from your employer showing how much you made and how much was withheld for taxes. These are due before Jan 31st. You also will have to get statements on any investment income which are also due by the same date. If everyone gets their statements to you early, you might be able to file in the middle of January.

You have to wait until you have all of the W2s (or 1099s) from your employers and for all of the tax form to be released by the IRS. Employers have until January 31st to get the forms out to employees.

I think you are going to have to wait until they release the tax books and forms. They had some late changes this year I think. I'm sure it will be right after the New Years. Hang in there.

You have to wait for the tax forms and that is typically about 15th January...
