What are the best episodes EVER of Law & Order: SVU?

I just want to know what are some other really good episodes?

I'm not sure what it was called but was on recently when Stabler's wife went into labor and he was at another crime scene so Benson had to take her to the hospital and they hit by a truck and they had to cut his wife out.You weren't sure whether her or the baby made it until right at the end.It was a pretty powerful epsiode.
