Check valves are open, if they are thermostatic valves, remove the sensor head, tap the pin beneath it a few times, refit the head, if that doesn't work, I would suggest the pump is not sized correctly.

Sounds like the boiler isn't getting warm enough.
Either the high limit settings are too low, or your boiler isn't big enough for all your radiators.

If there is no air in the lines then I would turn the temperature up and also see if the motor size could be increased to pump more water thru the system.

your pump might need adjusting theres 3 settings on the side if its on 2 switch to 3

check the temperature at both sides of the steam trap for those radiators...............if it is hotter on one side than the other the traps could be bad.
