yes... you have to snack on health food... I spoke with a personal trainer and she told me the body must never go hungry.. I guess is bad to feel hunger...

I try not to, but I also try to make sure I eat during the day. If I'm busy, I'm inclined to skip eating.

i used to do that a lot. i used to eat what was on my plate when i was full too.
finally managed to get myself to stop doing both. (have started losing a little weight too)
